Family Nurse Practitioner
Jacqueline Cropper, MS, APRN, FNP-BC, IBCLC, RLC, PMH-C
Jacqueline "Jackie" Cropper earned her BSN and became a Registered Nurse in 2009. She served as a Labor & Delivery Nurse in the US Air Force for six years and identified a gap in lactation knowledge among her colleagues. She was one of two Certified Lactation Counselors in her medical group and co-founded and ran the base's breastfeeding support group for five years.

Jackie became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2013. She completed her Master's Degree in 2020 and earned her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been licensed as an APRN since 2020. She is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. Jackie has dedicated her career to providing expert care to new families.

Jackie has extensive training in infant oral restriction including completion of the ALSC Laser Dentistry, Laser Surgery and Laser Safety courses for Pediatric Laser Frenectomies. She performs infant laser frenectomies for tongue and lip ties in office.​​​

Lactation Counselor & Educator
Hillary Williams, RN, LCE
Hillary Williams, RN, LCE, is a Registered Nurse and and Lactation Counselor & Educator. Hillary has been a registered nurse for almost 15 years and is currently working towards obtaining her IBCLC. After spending a decade in the cardiac field, she has spent the last 5 years in the newborn nursery, supporting families in Bowling Green as a certified Birth Doula since 2017.
Hillary is also a fitness trainer with 10 years of experience, currently coaching at RockBox Fitness in Bowling Green, where she helps clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized training.​

Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant
Rebecca VanGelderen, RN, IBCLC, RLC
Rebecca VanGelderen, RN, IBCLC, is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse dedicated to supporting families in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since 2019, she has provided expert lactation care through her private practice, offering in-person consultations, prenatal breastfeeding classes, and support groups that have positively impacted hundreds of families.
Graduating as a Registered Nurse in 2012, Rebecca specialized in Maternal-Child and began her journey as an IBCLC after working as a NICU nurse, where she identified a vital need for improved lactation support and education. Her compassionate and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable resource for new parents.

Rebecca's challenges with breastfeeding her firstborn sparked her passion for lactation consulting. Since earning her IBCLC certification, she has pursued advanced training to further enhance her expertise in lactation and breastfeeding support.​​​
